After seeing the property, if you are interested in applying, you are asked to submit a rental application for each adult (18 years and older) that will occupy the home and a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee for each adult. A 3-to-1 ratio of gross salary to rent is required.
All applications are processed using our consistent screening guidelines and will include credit history and eviction check, verification of employment and salary. Upon the property owner’s approval of your application and signing of the rental agreement, it will be necessary for you to pay the security deposit. The first month’s rent is due before you move-in. You will have an opportunity to document conditions of the property on your move-in sheet on your move-in day. We do not charge residents at move-out for any damages except those beyond normal wear and tear.
